Terms of use
Last updated: September 2026.
1. General terms and scope
These terms apply to the resolve.hr website, where RESOLVE. presents its business advisory services, publishes a blog and lets you send an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter. By using the site you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The site has no user accounts, no sign in and no payments. It is informational.
2. Nature of content
All content on the site, including blog articles, service descriptions and the newsletter, serves exclusively informational and educational purposes.
The content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice and cannot replace consultation with an authorized expert (tax advisor, accountant, lawyer or other relevant professional). Advice tailored to your case only comes out of individual cooperation, after an enquiry and an agreement.
Although we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or applicability of content to your specific case. Laws, regulations and administrative procedures are subject to change.
3. Enquiries and newsletter
By sending the enquiry form you send us the data you entered yourself, so that we can reply to you. Sending an enquiry obliges neither you nor us to enter into a contract, and the terms of cooperation are agreed separately.
By subscribing to the newsletter you consent to receiving occasional messages at the address you entered. You can unsubscribe at any time, through the link in the message or by writing to our email address.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, the logo and other content on the site are the property of RESOLVE. and Ivana Mrvić, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You may read and share the content with attribution. Reproduction and publication for commercial purposes requires our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
RESOLVE. and Ivana Mrvić are not responsible for any damage, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, that may arise from using information from this site.
By using the site you accept that you use all information at your own risk and that you are obliged to verify its accuracy independently before making decisions. The site may contain links to external sites, for whose content we are not responsible.
6. Privacy and data
Personal data you send us through the enquiry form or by subscribing to the newsletter is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), exclusively for the purpose for which you provided it.
We do not share your data with third parties, except service providers necessary for running the site and delivering messages. At any time you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to our email address.
7. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms from time to time, for example when the scope of the site changes. The version published on this page applies, and the date of the last change is stated at the top.
